Our shop is open from 10:00 a.m. to 5:30 (+) p.m., Monday through Friday and from 10:00 a.m. to 2:30 (+) p.m. on Saturday. At any time, feel free to leave a message on our answering machine and we will gladly get back with you as soon as possible. We are closed on Sundays. See Exceptions To help assure on-time delivery and flower availability during the busy holiday season, place your order at least 2-3 days prior to the following major holidays: Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, Valentine's Day, Easter, Mother's Day, Memorial Day, Father's Day. Our shop will always be closed on the following holidays: Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Year’s Day, Easter, Memorial Day, Independence Day and Labor Day.

Our Delivery Policy
A local/within city limits delivery fee of $10.00 will be added to each order, for each address. For deliveries outside our local/within city limits delivery area, and for rural deliveries this fee will vary.
U.S. orders must be received before 12:00 noon in the recipient's time zone to assure same-day delivery. Orders received after that time may be delivered the following day. We will do our best to accommodate deliveries near specific times of day, but we cannot guarantee it. We are unable to make deliveries on Sundays (funerals can be an exception). Deliveries requested on Sunday may be delivered on Saturday, or the following business day. Delivery of orders to rural route addresses or cemeteries cannot be guaranteed, but we will make every possible effort for you.
We will be happy to accept your international orders if you call our shop directly. We are unable to accept international orders over the Internet.
Our Substitution Policy
Substitutions may be necessary to create your bouquet due to the availability of certain flowers. Care is taken to maintain the style, theme and color scheme of the arrangement, using flowers of equal value. Additionally, the substitution of keepsake items may be necessary due to increased demand, especially during major holidays. In single-flower arrangements, such as an all rose bouquet, we will make every attempt to match the flower type, but may substitute with another color.
We do not carry Teleflora speciality containers and vases any longer due to Teleflora selling each item by a case of 24. If this has changed we have not been made aware yet. Being a small town shop we are unable to purchase special items in such large quantities; especially due to the high individual cost of each item plus shipping. We apologize for the inconvience.
